How we use it

To respond to you, to evaluate deals you send, and to share private investment opportunities with investors who qualify. We never sell or share your information for advertising.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system (Zoho CRM). Access is limited to our team. Zoho hosts this website and our CRM as our service provider.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising pixels, social-media trackers or cross-site tracking, and we don't pass visitor data to advertisers or data brokers. Our website host sets first-party cookies to keep the site secure and to count visits. Our fonts, images and video are served by this site and our host, not by outside font or advertising networks. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Your California rights
