Our commitment

We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control, to be able to use this website. We design and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard used under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

What we've done

• Text alternatives for every meaningful image.
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA, including text over photos and video.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link. No keyboard traps in menus or forms.
• Labeled form fields, clear error messages and large tap targets.
• Pages that reflow at 320 pixels wide and zoom to 400% without losing content.
• Background video is silent, has a Pause button, and is replaced by a still photo if your device is set to reduce motion.
• No CAPTCHAs, no time limits and no third-party booking or chat widgets.

How we test

Every page was checked in September 2026 with automated WCAG 2.2 testing on desktop and mobile, plus manual keyboard, zoom and contrast checks. We re-test when we make significant changes.
