Referred to as Airbnbs these days, short term rentals are all but supplanting hotels in many markets.  If we are able to double revenue (vs. a long term rental) in a market, then we will look to a short term rental solution.  For this model, we use the following components:

  • Amazing locations (i.e. North Park, Hillcrest, Ocean Beach)
  • Vertical integration (in-house maintenance and property management)
  • Software tools (Airdna & Hospitable to automate pricing and service)

We have some of the best furnished rentals in all of San Diego County. With 1BR units in Banker’s Hill and North Park, 2BR units in North Park and Hillcrest and various 4 and 5 bedroom houses with pools, we’ve got your 30+ day rentals covered.

Whether you are a digital nomad or a traveling nurse, we pride ourselves on have amazing furnished corporate rentals that are competitively priced.

Hospitality

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, we love seeing opportunities that others might not.  Whether it’s a wedding venue or a boutique hotel, we are experienced on the operational side as well as the hospitality component.

Mixed Use

Most mixed-use spaces scare away investors.  Multi-family investors don’t want to touch the retail component.  Retail guys are worried about residential tenants.  Typically, lenders shy away from mixed use.
